HVS Alum Featured in Edible Brooklyn Magazine

Matt Spiegler (HVS ’91) and his cheesemaking enterprise are the topic of a feature in the summer edition of Edible Brooklyn. Matt graduated from the cheesemaking certificate program at Vermont’s Institute of Artisan Cheese, and now crafts artisan cheeses in his Brooklyn apartment.

“He admits the work appeals to both sides of his brain: ‘It has the complexity of creating,’ he says, ‘but with a very technical mindset.'”
