Hawthorne Valley ED participates in local public forum on education

HUDSON, NY–Hawthorne Valley Association executive director Martin Ping sat on the panel for a public forum on education held at the Hudson Opera House on Sunday, February 23. The forum focused on the need for multiple education modalities to be utilized in classrooms to help students excel based on their individual strengths. Public schools, homeschooling, private schools, and after school programs were all represented on the panel.

“Each child has a purpose, a destiny and a life’s work, and it is our job as educators to draw that out of them,” Ping said.
