Nurturing Living Connections, Early Childhood through Grade 12

Senior Project Presentations

All HVS seniors participate in a year-long independent study project of their choice, and this week we celebrate the wonderful results of their endeavors. A Waldorf high school tradition, the Senior Project challenges students to pursue a passion, or experiment with a new endeavor as they work independently with a mentor, outside of school. This year’s projects include: original music composition, vintage car restoration, volunteer work with an NGO in India, education in Tanzania, Chinese brush painting, and much more. Senior Projects challenge students to explore new territory and broaden their thinking while expressing all the wonderful talents and skills they have developed through their education. Whether your children are in lower school or high school, the Senior Project presentations offer concrete affirmation of the strengths of our students and our school. Please join us for the following events and experience the ability of our seniors to create, question, challenge and inspire.

When: Fri, Apr 25 @ 7:30pm - 9:30pm
