Parent Child Application and Forms
| _______ | Parents complete an application form and return it with a $25.00 application fee for each student. The Parent Child Program typically has three sessions: Fall, Winter, and Spring. Parents need to apply for each session by the due date. |
| _______ | A Parent Child teacher will interview the parents in person or by phone, and make an admission’s decision. |
| _______ | Once a family is enrolled, the Admissions Director will send a tuition contract to the parents. The contract and tuition needs to be returned to the school prior to the beginning of the course. |
