Congratulations on being accepted to Hawthorne Valley Waldorf School!

To complete your enrollment process please return your contract by the due date to reserve your child’s place in his/her class.

Families who wish to do so may now apply for Tuition Adjustment. Accepted families are welcome to apply for an adjusted tuition by going to the TADS website. Locate the green Parents & Families box on the right and follow the instructions to create an account and complete the application process. Click here to learn more about our Tuition Adjustment Policy. Further application instructions and the TADS worksheet are available in the Parent Portal. Please contact the Admissions Office if you have any questions and to learn the next deadline for review. It is important to complete the applications in as soon as possible. After review, you will receive an enrollment contract.

When the school has received and counter signed your contract you will be sent a copy of your contract and the appropriate medical forms for your child or children. As per New York State law, all new children must have a physical examination by their pediatrician before they may enroll in the school.

You will soon be contacted by a member of our PTO who will connect you with your “Parent Buddy.” This person will help to bring you and your family into the school community, sharing information on local activities and school events, as well as helping to connect you with other families who have children with similar ages and interests.
