Accepted Families

Congratulations on being accepted to Hawthorne Valley Waldorf School!

To complete your enrollment process please return your contract by the due date to reserve your child's place in his/her class.

Families who wish to do so may now apply for Tuition Adjustment. Please contact the Admissions Office to request forms and learn the next deadline for review. It is important to complete the forms in as soon as possible. After review, you will receive an enrollment contract.

When the school has received and counter signed your contract you will be sent a copy of your contract and the appropriate medical forms for your child or children. As per New York State law, all new children must have a physical examination by their pediatrician before they may enroll in the school.

You will soon be contacted by a member of our PTO who will connect you with your "Parent Buddy." This person will help to bring you and your family into the school community, sharing information on local activities and school events, as well as helping to connect you with other families who have children with similar ages and interests.
